EPIC is located in the Charlotte Research Institute campus at UNC Charlotte 8700 Phillips Road, Charlotte, NC 28223. We are directly across from Richardson Stadium. The main office is located on the first floor next to the atrium.

Building Number 72 is the Energy Production and Infrastructure Center (EPIC).
Parking at EPIC
Please park in the CRI Deck 1, which is behind the EPIC building. Take the sidewalk to the left of the CRI parking deck, which leads directly to the back entrance of EPIC. Visitors will enter and exit on Level 4 only. You can park anywhere in the deck, but visitors need to enter and exit on that level. The charge is $5.00 first hour, $2 each additional hour or $15.00/day maximum, and is paid upon exiting the deck.
Light Rail
The Blue Line Extension is available and conveniently located just a 5-10 minute walk to EPIC. Please use the JW Clay stop, cross Tryon Street and make a left on Robert D. Snyder Road. Then take the sidewalk to the left of the CRI parking deck. The sidewalk leads you to the back entrance of EPIC.

From Charlotte-Douglas International Airport:
Exit airport (you will be on the airport freeway) and follow signs to I-85 via the Billy Graham Parkway. Take I-85 North.
From I-85: Exit I-85 at Exit 45A, (Harris Boulevard), merge onto Harris Blvd. Turn left onto Tryon St. (Hwy. 29). Turn right on J.W. Clay Boulevard; turn left onto Robert D. Snyder Road, take a right into the first or second entrance into the CRI Deck 1 parking deck. You may park anywhere inside the deck, but visitors enter and exit on Level 4 of the parking deck.
From Interstate 77: Exit 18 (Harris Boulevard), merge onto Harris Boulevard. Turn left onto Tryon Street (Hwy. 29). Turn right on J.W. Clay Boulevard. Turn left onto Robert D. Snyder Road. Take a right into the first or second entrance into the CRI Deck 1 parking deck. You may park anywhere inside the deck, but visitors enter and exit on Level 4 of the parking deck.
From Interstate 485: Exit for Tryon Street (Hwy. 29) toward Charlotte; left at the fourth traffic light (J.W. Clay Blvd.) into campus. Turn left onto Robert D. Snyder Road. Take a right into the first or second entrance into the CRI Deck 1 parking deck. You may park anywhere inside the deck, but visitors enter and exit on Level 4 of the parking deck.
Building Number 72 (top left in red in the image above) is the Energy Production and Infrastructure Center (EPIC) of the Charlotte Research Institute.
