Biography
Kimberly Baker joined EPIC in December 2024 as the Workforce Development Program Manager. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis, in Memphis, TN. As a certified executive and professional development coach, Kimberly is results-driven with extensive experience in education management, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. Over her career, she has held senior leadership roles with Junior Achievement organizations in Georgia and North Carolina, managing significant program budgets, expanding statewide initiatives, and fostering strategic partnerships with school districts, corporations, and community leaders.
Kimberly is a skilled strategist known for integrating innovative solutions to drive sustainable impact. Her expertise spans from nonprofit operations, human resources, advocacy, financial oversight, and talent development. She has successfully led teams, cultivated collaborative cultures, and developed strategies that align long-term outcomes with actionable short-term goals.
As a former teacher, with her passion and advocacy for education, Kimberly has designed and implemented programs supporting entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and career readiness. From directing K-12 educational initiatives to managing large-scale collegiate engagement events, she consistently empowers individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
