Nataly Tapper

Biography

Nataly Tapper joined the Energy Production and Infrastructure Center in July 2023 to work with the William States Lee College of Engineering in the Contracts and Grants Office as the Senior Award Management Specialist. She provides post award support for EPIC, as well as the Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and OSDS departments. She joined the Contracts and Grants office in 2021 as the Senior College Research Specialist. Prior to that she worked in the Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Science department as a Business Services Specialist from 2015 – 2021. Before moving to Charlotte, Nataly worked as an administrative assistant in the University of Miami’s College of Business from 2010-2014. Nataly earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in forensic accounting from UNC Pembroke. She has extensive experience in both fund and program management, as well as a vast understanding of UNC Charlotte processes and procedures.
