Shannon Jenkins

Biography

After majoring in Business Administration and Computer Programming, Shannon Jenkins’ career experience began as an Engineering Administrator for RBI, Inc. an electro-mechanical engineering and manufacturing corporation. She assisted in the coordination of aerodynamics and government contracts for customized electro-mechanical assembly projects.

Shannon then joined Victory Bolt & Specialties, Inc. where she assisted as a Purchasing Agent. Her experience included logistics, forecasting, expediting, and purchasing from both domestic and global suppliers for the purpose of local distribution of chrome-over-stainless steel and various other metal fasteners.

Prior to joining EPIC, she was an Administrative Manager for an automotive retail dealership where she gained extensive experience in variable operations (sales & financing), fixed operations (service & parts), and the business office (accounting & administration).

She currently serves EPIC as a Business Services Coordinator and provides administrative support to the Center for Advanced Power Engineering Research (CAPER).
